Referral Terms

Referral Program. As a User of Ivella, you will be able to invite friends to join Ivella (“Referral Program”). Upon signing up for Ivella, you (“Referrer”) will be provided a personalized code (“Referral Code”) that can be used to invite new users to Ivella (“Referred User”). The Referred User must (i) be approved for an Ivella account, (ii) be a new customer to Ivella with no previous applications, (iii) connect with another User on Ivella, and (iv) successfully split a transaction (which excludes card/fund transfers, gift card purchases, and restricted MCCs). Following these items, both the Referred User and Referrer will be granted $5.00 (“Referral Reward”). In order to be eligible for the Referral Reward the Referred User must not your partner or connected to your account. If the Referred User’s partner is also new to Ivella (“New Partner”), they will also be granted the Referral Reward. For the sake of clarity, a New Partner is defined as one that (i) does not have any previous accounts/applications with Ivella and (ii) has not previously been connected to another User on Ivella.
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the Referral Reward to be posted to your account. As the Referrer, you may only earn five (5) Referral Rewards in a given six (6) month period. The value of this offer or program may result in miscellaneous income received from Ivella. You are responsible for any tax liability for participating in the offer/program. Please consult your personal tax advisor if you have any questions about how this could affect your taxes. Ivella reserves the right to cancel or modify the Referral Program offer terms or terminate the User’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. To be eligible for this offer your account must be open at the time of fulfillment.
